A PEO handles payroll, benefits, and paperwork, and the software tracks data. Neither one coaches your managers, handles a difficult termination, or builds policies around how your company actually works. I work alongside your existing tools, and can help you optimize or choose the right ones.

Yes! I work remotely with companies anywhere in the US, and with international companies hiring in the US. For clients in the DC metro area, I can also meet in person. If your business is located outside my local region let's chat, I'd be happy to meet you in person and get to know your business better if that is the path you prefer.

You can choose a plan with a set number of hours each month. We meet regularly, you reach me by email, text, or call; and I handle what comes up. Retainers start with a 3-month minimum, and then continue month to month.

Usually within one to two weeks of signing a proposal. For urgent employee situations, ask about hourly support.

We spend 30 minutes on what's happening at your company. You'll leave with at least one practical next step, whether or not we work together. To make the most of our time, it is helpful to add a brief summary to the meeting request so I can come prepared with things that will apply best to what you want to talk about.
